Andres Idarraga

Andres represents clients in complex commercial disputes involving financial services, securities, and antitrust matters. He also serves as fractional general counsel to fintech companies and financial institutions, focusing on securities issuances, regulatory compliance, product counseling, and general corporate matters. Before joining Scale, Andres was General Counsel of FlexFunds, a financial securitization company, and a litigator at Boies Schiller Flexner.
