Benjamin Golopol

Benjamin’s practice focuses on complex commercial transactions across a wide range of industries. He also regularly advises emerging companies on product development and intellectual property licensing. Benjamin is especially passionate about finding creative solutions to those last sticking points in a deal and helping his clients close their transactions as efficiently as possible.

Prior to joining Scale, Benjamin served as Corporate Counsel at DISH Network, where he handled commercial agreements relating to television programming, with a particular focus on retransmission consent agreements. Previously, he served as Corporate Counsel and Product Manager at TermScout, a provider of legal tech software solutions.
