Thomas Soave

Thomas is a commercial attorney with a focus on technology and commercial transactions. His practice has an emphasis structuring, drafting, and negotiating software licensing and technology outsourcing deals (i.e. SaaS, XaaS, master services agreements, professional service agreements, and data, privacy, and security provisions associated with each of the foregoing).

Prior to joining Scale, Thomas was an associate within the technology transactions group at an AmLaw 100 firm where he represented a wide array of clients including large private and publicly traded companies. Thomas began his career at boutique commercial and corporate firm where he represented many emerging venture capital backed companies. Through his experiences he understands that each clients’ business and legal goals are unique and to best serve clients you must effectively meet the business team’s goals while ensuring business and legal risk are made aware of and appropriately mitigated.

Outside of law you will find Thomas on the golf course, cheering on Michigan football, or trying to find the perfect fly-fishing stream.
