Under the Corporate Transparency Act, Companies Face New Requirements in 2024
In the ever-evolving landscape of financial regulation and corporate transparency, the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) has emerged as a pivotal piece of legislation. Enacted in 2021 as part of the National Defense Authorization Act, the CTA will require most new and existing legal entities operating in the United States to file reports with the federal government regarding their beneficial owners.
