Our civil government investigation experience spans federal and state agencies including the U.S. Department of Defense, the Department of the Army, the Department of the Air Force, the Department of the Navy, the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, the Employee Benefits Security Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs of the U.S. Department of Labor, the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Colorado Department of Transportation, and the California Department of Industrial Relations. These investigations have arisen under laws and regulations including the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), the Davis-Bacon Act, the Service Contract Act, the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”), Title VII, state equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination laws, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (“FAR”), as well as other regulations and policies.
