Andy Baxter has been practicing as a trial attorney in Washington, D.C. and Virginia for 15 years. He is a Trial Attorney specializing in Business Torts, representing medium-sized businesses and government contractors in disputes related to their transactions, ownership, and employment. Andy has successfully litigated derivative suits and “business divorce” cases, often in conjunction with multiple business torts. Additionally, he represents businesses in government contracts, employment discrimination claims, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, trade secrets, and copyrights. Most recently, Andy has become a leading advocate in the area of defamation law and anti-SLAPP actions.
Andy and his wife are raising four boys in Fairfax, Virginia. They spend every moment they can playing sports, music, tabletop games, and video games together as a family.
