Brian Hicks has represented growth-stage technology and life sciences companies for 24 years. Brian blends strong business acumen and legal expertise, handling legal matters on behalf of technology and life sciences companies on both coasts. Brian’s practice encompasses a broad range of corporate representation, including formations and founder issues, venture capital preferred stock, angel- and seed-stage financings, equity compensation and employment issues, mergers and acquisitions, stockholder liquidity programs, corporate reorganizations and intellectual property and technology transactions counseling. His clients include formation-stage companies through late-stage privately held companies, as well as venture capital investors and corporate strategic investors.
