Brian has over fifteen years of experience as a transactional attorney and founder. After 8 years as a corporate associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP specializing in M&A and private equity, he left the law to start an e-commerce apparel company based in Los Angeles, which he ran for over 5 years. He returned to law to focus on representing private equity firms, holding companies, startups, and small to medium sized businesses with their fundraising rounds, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.
