Brian has over fifteen years of experience as a transactional attorney and founder. After beginning his career as a corporate attorney specializing in M&A and private equity, he left the law to start an e-commerce company based in Los Angeles, which he ran for over 5 years. He returned to law to focus on representing private equity firms, independent sponsors, holding companies, startups, and small to medium sized businesses in connection with mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, private placements, venture capital and growth equity transactions. His clients and representative transactions involve a diverse scope of industries including media and entertainment, manufacturing, home services, technology and financial services.
