Chuck is a US and Canadian lawyer who spent 15 years living and working in Calgary, Canada where he represented public and private companies in cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and capital markets transactions. Chuck has served on a number of non-profit and private company boards of directors, and led complicated leadership changes, strategic plan development, and multi-million-dollar capital raising efforts.
