Dori is an accomplished corporate and securities attorney with a practice focused on organizing business ventures and partnership transactions throughout all stages of the growth cycle. He advises companies regarding complex financial arrangements, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, including fund formation and management, and commercial transactions.

Dori has experience in private practice as well as in house counsel to numerous growth stage companies in the U.S. and internationally; his passion is being a valuable partner to entrepreneurs and innovators across a diverse set of industries, including financial services, blockchain, media, life sciences and technology.

Prior to joining Scale, Dori was Co-Founder and President of Y2X, a technology incubator and investment company focused on fintech, blockchain and life science projects. Prior to Y2X, he was a co-founder and General Counsel to G2 Investment Group, an investment firm that grew out of Guggenheim Partners and sponsored numerous private equity fund strategies. Dori began his career at K&L Gates, an AmLaw 100 firm. A volunteer at several community and youth organizations, he is the former President of Seattle United FC – the largest youth soccer club on the West Coast.
