A skilled intellectual property practitioner and former patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Greg assists his clients in developing and maintaining an intellectual property strategy for their businesses. He also routinely advises clients on government contracts and intellectual property transactions. Additionally, Greg is an experienced litigator who has represented clients at the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and in district courts across the country, handling matters related to patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.
Beyond his primary practice areas, Greg has a special interest in assisting veterans in obtaining benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs. He has proudly represented veterans from multiple branches of the U.S. armed forces and has collaborated with several non-profit organizations to help veterans secure benefits for their service.
