As the Operations Manager, Raquel brings start-up and legal tech experience to support the firm business operation functions at Scale. She has experience managing a legal platform, from customer satisfaction to behind the scenes organization and creating solutions to ensure success for the overall company. At Scale, in addition to her primary responsibility for the firm’s business efforts, Raquel is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring attorney success.
