Sabina is an experienced commercial litigator with a wide range of experience in complex litigation matters, including intellectual property disputes, business disputes, consumer class actions, and securities class actions, in both state and federal courts. Sabina has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants, from individuals to international corporations, through all states of complex commercial controversies, from pre-litigation through discovery, trial, and appeals. In addition, Sabina has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution, and she regularly assists clients in resolving matters in arbitration, mediation, and through informal negotiations. Outside of work, Sabina enjoys international travel, Pilates, and exploring local parks with her miniature dachshund, Athena.
