Before joining Scale, Zoe was a Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at the NBA, where she co-led the legal team responsible for the distribution of NBA content (live games, highlights, VR, social media, etc.) via third-party distributors and the NBA’s direct-to-consumer platform. She has also held senior roles in the law departments of Altice USA and Charter Communications (formerly Time Warner Cable), focusing on content acquisition as well as strategic advice relating to mergers and acquisitions and new product and technology initiatives. Previously, Zoe was an associate specializing in licensing, M&A support and other intellectual property-related matters at the law firms Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu.
