Annalee Moyers

As Director of Finance at Scale, Annalee brings over 15 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, accounting operations, and strategic financial management. She is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial department, including managing cash flow, improving operational efficiencies, and leading day-to-day accounting functions. A former CPA, Annalee has worked on business acquisitions, debt covenant compliance, accounting system conversions, audit preparation, and annual budgeting. She also enjoys teaching bookkeeping and serves as an ongoing mentor to bookkeepers across various industries.

Outside of work and numbers, Annalee is endlessly curious about the human experience and the rich tapestry of cultural and spiritual traditions around the world. She’s drawn to the grounding rhythm of yoga, the quiet magic of meditation, and the poetry found in everyday moments. As a lifelong seeker, she finds inspiration in both the stillness of nature and the vibrant hum of city life. She loves to travel, write, and spend meaningful time with family and friends.
