Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Methodist University. Before joining Scale, she served as a leader within the sales enablement division of a major financial services firm. In that role, she was instrumental in supporting financial advisors with their growth strategies, with a focus on increasing client acquisition through targeted content curation and internal support.
