Gaither Gates

As Community Manager, Gaither brings years of in-house recruiting experience at AmLaw 100 firms to support the recruiting and onboarding functions at Scale. She has extensive experience sourcing and interviewing lateral candidates, pre-screening resumes, tracking candidates, coordinating the interview process, assisting with the offer letter preparation, performing reference checks, and planning events for new and prospective recruits. At Scale, in addition to her primary responsibility for the firm’s recruiting efforts, Gaither is responsible for onboarding and introducing new attorneys, fostering connectivity between and among the firm’s distributed community, planning local events, and supporting attorney success.
