Michele Yuen

Michele is the Vice President of Operations at Scale LLP, where she develops long-term strategies and implements actionable solutions to enhance the firm’s operations and business processes. She also focuses on M&A initiatives as a part of the firm’s growth strategies. Prior to joining Scale, Michele led operations at a legal-tech startup, served as in-house counsel for a fintech company in San Francisco, and worked as a regulatory attorney at Reed Smith LLP. Outside of work, Michele enjoys staying active with her family, writing for a local family activities website, and tinkering with home improvement projects in her garage.
