Michelle Maticic

Over the last 24 years, Michelle has gained extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of intellectual property, with a heavy focus on patents and trademark, both domestic and foreign. Michelle also has experience with copyright, domain name, and products liability litigation. She has provided support to multiple patent attorneys and agents in both a corporate and law firm setting. Prior to joining Scale, Michelle managed multiple client accounts with Clarivate, offering support in both docketing and prosecution work. Additionally, Michelle has successfully developed and implemented new standard practices to increase productivity and efficiency.
