Arthur J. Herskowitz

Arthur has over a decade of experience in complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, regulatory investigations, and multi-jurisdictional eDiscovery management.  He has represented clients in disputes involving partnership and shareholder issues, breach of contract, fraud, and commercial real estate matters, in industries including financial services, commodities trading, pharmaceuticals, and property development.  In white collar and regulatory matters, Arthur has represented corporations in DOJ and CFTC investigations—conducting internal investigations, preparing presentations for federal agencies, and managing responses to civil investigative demands while navigating his clients’ public exposure.  In addition to large-scale eDiscovery work, Arthur advises clients on data processing, retention, and security protocols, with an eye towards reducing risk before disputes arise.
