Gardner Bell advises strategic clients, financial sponsors and portfolio companies on various corporate transactions and outside general counsel matters. He has advised public and private companies on matters across the enterprise lifecycle, from early-stage corporate formation, to venture financing, to private equity transactions and strategic acquisitions. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions and has counseled clients on dozens of transactions worth more than $10 billion in the aggregate.

Prior to joining Scale, Gardner practiced as a partner in the M&A/Private Equity group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he helped launch their Miami office. Gardner previously worked out of K&E’s Chicago office and in Nashville at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC.
