He also has experience litigating matters in the Texas Business Court, where he regularly advises clients navigating the state’s evolving business litigation landscape.

Nick works with companies across a broad range of industries, from closely held businesses and real estate ventures to emerging growth enterprises. He is known for taking a business-first approach to litigation and develops strategies that align with his clients’ business objectives, whether pursuing early resolution, protecting key relationships, or preparing cases for trial.

Before joining Scale LLP, Nick practiced at boutique litigation firms where he represented clients through every stage of the dispute process, including injunctive proceedings, complex discovery, dispositive motions, jury trials, and appeals.
