Seth Williams

Seth advises clients on a wide range of Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) issues, including federal and state telecommunications compliance; wireless spectrum licensing, telecommunications and media transactions; state telecommunications taxes; federal and state regulatory fees; CALEA compliance; TCPA litigation, and FCC enforcement proceedings.

Seth is also an experienced broadcast lawyer representing TV and radio licensees and broadcast associations across the country. He brings a deep understanding of the industry and how Federal Communications Commission regulations impact his clients. Seth also advises clients regarding political advertising and the advertising of various vices, including gambling and CBD, hemp, and THC products.

A double Indiana University alum, Seth clerked for both the former Acting FCC Chairwoman Mignon Clyburn and the FCC’s Audio Division during law school. Seth is also a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association.
