Aaron McKenney

Aaron is a corporate law practitioner with expertise serving as Outside Counsel and in conducting Venture Capital transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions. He likes working with entrepreneurs and investors who are passionate about bringing new ideas and disruptive technologies to market. Additionally holding an MBA, Aaron thrives on helping clients conduct strategic planning, communicate effectively, and address leadership and management issues.

Aaron is also a Lecturer in Law at the University of Pennsylvania where he helps direct an annual negotiations exercise. As a Special Forces officer with active-duty experience who is currently serving in the Army Reserve, he takes a particular interest in working with veteran startups and those in the defense-tech industry.

Aaron resides in Northern Virginia with his wife, two sons, and a dog. He is an avid traveler and enjoys athletics and outdoor activities.
