Aliona Ierega

Aliona Ierega is Counsel at Scale LLP, where she advises startups, growth-stage companies, and established businesses on commercial contracts, technology transactions, and intellectual property, and serves as outside or fractional general counsel. Her clients span SaaS, artificial intelligence, fintech, healthcare, consumer products, and media.

Aliona handles the agreements companies grow on: enterprise customer deals, software and IP licensing, AI and data terms, and strategic partnerships. She regularly sits across the table from Fortune 500 legal and procurement teams, builds contract templates and playbooks that help clients close faster, and advises on product launches and the IP and data rights behind them.

Before joining Scale, Aliona was an intellectual property associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Kenyon & Kenyon in New York City.

She also has in-house experience with both public and private media companies, including DAZN, fuboTV, and ESPN. At DAZN and fuboTV, she handled the full range of legal work, from content, distribution, talent, celebrity, and influencer agreements to production, live events, and employment. That included some of the largest fighter deals in professional boxing and the new wave of influencer boxing events.
