Amy Duvanich

Amy is the person many businesses call first when a legal question lands on their desk. As a Partner in Scale’s General Counsel Services practice group, she builds and leads the team of Scale colleagues handling her clients’ matters, so clients get one trusted point of contact and the right specialists for each issue.

Amy and her colleagues handle litigation, patent and trademark applications, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and restructuring, employment matters, executive side counseling, commercial contract negotiation, real estate, and more. Her clients range across industries and from early-stage startups to established companies with full legal teams.

Before joining Scale, Amy spent years in-house and led the legal function at a software company that grew to a valuation above $1 billion. That experience shapes how she works: practical, business-minded, and focused on helping leaders make decisions and keep growing. She brings deep experience in technology and commercial transactions and takes pride in delivering a full-service experience that reflects the support she provided in-house.

Amy uses AI and technology to streamline processes and deliver timely, efficient, high-quality legal work.

Amy serves on the boards of the Southwest Family YMCA and MAMAs, an organization for attorney mothers, and on the Campus Advisory Council at Clayton Elementary.
