Cary is a partner at Scale LLP and leads the Fintech and Financial Services practice group. She is a fintech law specialist whose practice is anchored in the cards and payments ecosystem. She structures consumer and commercial card programs, negotiates BIN-sponsorship and program management arrangements and guides clients through the full product life cycle.
