Jeff Drake

Jeff represents issuers and investors in early and later-stage financing transactions, including preferred equity, convertible securities, and venture debt. He also handles acquisition transactions on behalf of sellers and buyers. Beyond financings and M&A, he also has broad experience in corporate governance, software licensing and complex commercial agreements with global scope. Jeff is a former co-chair of the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the California State Bar. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and before practicing law he conducted research in computer modeling at the Idaho National Laboratory.
