Jonathan Gilmartin

Jon is an associate in Scale’s Litigation & Regulatory Practice Group. Jon represents institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and other institutions of all sizes in high-stakes litigation, arbitration, investigative, and regulatory compliance matters. He has represented clients in a wide array of matters in both federal and state courts, including financial services, real estate, insurance, and complex commercial litigation, and has conducted multiple internal investigations for large financial institutions into allegations of fraud and other financial misconduct. 

Before joining Scale, Jon spent several years as an associate at a large law firm and served as a law clerk to a federal district court judge.
