Lindsay Vogel

Lindsay is a privacy and AI governance attorney who advises founders and growth-stage companies on the full lifecycle of data compliance, from data mapping and privacy policy drafting to AI governance frameworks and fractional Chief Privacy Officer engagements. She works closely with companies in tech and regulated industries to translate complex, often overlapping obligations into practical, deliverable-driven roadmaps, drawing on deep experience with U.S. state and global comprehensive privacy laws, biometrics, and youth data protection.

Prior to joining Scale LLP, Lindsay founded and led Gamut Privacy, a solo privacy and AI governance practice. She also served as Lead Privacy Counsel for Bumble, Inc. and was the Senior Director for Privacy Compliance at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
