Mary Spooner

Mary is a strategic, results-oriented litigator who focuses her practice on commercial litigation, internal investigations, and advising companies on both litigation risks and pre-litigation strategy. Mary prides herself on devising creative, pragmatic, and cost-effective solutions to address her clients’ needs. Prior to joining Scale, Mary honed her client-centric approach as in-house counsel at Panasonic North America, where she advised on a range of matters, including internal investigations, regulatory compliance, contractual issues, and employment law. She began her career and practiced for almost a decade at a leading national firm, representing clients in high stakes litigation and investigatory matters involving financial services, M&A, contract disputes, antitrust, and the FCPA.
