Michael Donahue

Michael Donahue advises communications and technology companies on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters at the intersection of infrastructure, policy, and growth. He works with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, providing practical, business-focused guidance across complex regulatory and operational environments.

With three decades of experience, Michael brings a combination of in-house and outside counsel perspectives.  He counsels clients on federal and state telecommunications regulation, data privacy and security, and public policy strategy, and has extensive experience guiding companies through licensing, compliance, and regulatory approvals.

Michael also advises on a wide range of commercial and strategic transactions, including M&A, financings, interconnection agreements, and infrastructure and service arrangements critical to communications and technology businesses.

His clients include broadband providers, VoIP and cloud communications companies, wireless and satellite providers, and technology platforms operating in highly regulated markets.
