Michael Keskey

Mike is an entrepreneurial corporate attorney with experience advising both public and private clients in a variety of spaces including fintech, private equity and cannabis. Mike has experience working with clients across many industries at a large law firm and has served as Chief Legal Officer of a publicly traded company. He has counseled clients at all stages of development from startups to large corporations through large and small transactions and has experience building legal departments from the ground up.

Prior to joining Scale, Mike was an associate in the antitrust practice group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, where he counseled corporations in industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, agriculture and consumer products. In his time at Skadden and in the cannabis industry, Mike gained significant experience interfacing with regulatory and governmental agencies, both in the transactional process and otherwise.

Mike received his Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2016, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2012.
