Nancy provides practical, business-oriented solutions and advice to help start-ups and growth-stage technology companies grow and scale while effectively managing risks. While working at Spring Free EV, where she was Head of Legal, she launched new tax equity investment funds, advised the board and founding team on corporate governance and business strategy, and worked on commercial auto leases for electric vehicles. During her time at MoneyLion, she worked on a $2.2billion de-SPAC IPO, launched new fintech products, and advised on day-to-day general corporate matters. While at Bread Financial, she designed new processes catered to the unique problems faced by the company during the pandemic. Nancy’s goal is to provide strategic and practical legal support that is aligned with business goals.
