Nick is a Corporate Paralegal with over a decade of experience supporting complex corporate transactions and governance matters. He brings a strong foundation in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and corporate structuring, with a proven ability to navigate and manage the detailed mechanics that drive successful transactions.

Prior to joining Scale, Nick has worked as a Corporate Paralegal at Torys LLP and Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP. He has supported hundreds of deals with transaction completion, corporate governance matters, capitalization table management, and regulatory matters.

Outside of his professional work, Nick enjoys spending time with his two dogs, being with family and friends, hiking, exploring new cuisine, and being a tourist.
