Patrick Diehl advises companies and investment funds on strategic corporate transactions, including, financings, corporate reorganizations and spin-outs, joint ventures, general corporate advisory, and is the mergers and acquisitions team lead.
Prior to joining Scale, Patrick practiced as a corporate Partner at Matterhorn Legal and as a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and the New York office of Jones Day. Patrick has counseled clients on transactions worth more than $1 billion in the aggregate.
Patrick graduated from Columbia Law School as a Harlan Fiske Scholar and from the University of Chicago with honors in political science. Patrick is an avid skier and chef, and he and his wife and daughter, Amy and Lily, are loyal fans of the San Francisco 49ers.
