Patrick Diehl

Patrick Diehl advises companies and investment funds on strategic corporate transactions, including, financings, corporate reorganizations and spin-outs, joint ventures, general corporate advisory, and is the mergers and acquisitions team lead.

Prior to joining Scale, Patrick practiced as a corporate Partner at Matterhorn Legal and as a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and the New York office of Jones Day. Patrick has counseled clients on transactions worth more than $1 billion in the aggregate.

Patrick graduated from Columbia Law School as a Harlan Fiske Scholar and from the University of Chicago with honors in political science. Patrick is an avid skier and chef, and a loyal fan of the San Francisco 49ers.
