Tara Marcus

Tara Marcus concentrates her practice in patent prosecution, opinions, licensing, and litigation, primarily in the areas of mechanical and electro-mechanical arts, software, and designs. Tara is dedicated to applying her legal expertise to assist clients in achieving their professional objectives. Her practice encompasses counseling clients regarding:

• Patent infringement and validity
• State of the art and market clearance
• Patent litigation and post grant proceedings

Tara also served as a special master assistant in patent cases before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Prior to entering private practice, Tara served as a patent examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
