He specializes in corporate governance, equity administration, and securities compliance — managing everything from multi-state entity portfolios and cap table maintenance to M&A due diligence and SEC filings.

Tim is comfortable working across platforms like Carta and Shareworks and has a track record of keeping complex compliance workflows organized and audit-ready.
