Bianca Poehailos is an associate attorney on the Corporate & Securities Team, where she advises public and private companies, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies, on a wide range of transactional and corporate matters. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate counseling.

Bianca has represented clients across a variety of industries in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and other strategic transactions, with experience supporting transactions exceeding $3 billion in aggregate deal value.
