Our Story & Vision
A More Fulfilling Legal Practice Model
Scale began as a boutique Silicon Valley law firm serving high-growth startups. But as the business grew, our founders stopped to ask themselves an important question: if you could build a national modern law firm designed for both clients and attorneys, what would it look like?
Led by Founding Partner Adam Forest, Scale pivoted to the model it employs today: one that treats attorneys as clients, too, and therefore provides attorneys with a more compelling platform to practice and clients with more responsive, experienced legal talent.
Joined by industry-veteran David Reidy as Managing Partner in 2021, Scale has grown to become a national firm, representing many hundreds of companies seeking better service from their outside counsel.
