Ferraro brings more than 25 years of experience advising emerging and established companies on corporate and securities matters. He serves as outside general counsel to startups and late-stage companies across various industries, including AI, SaaS/software, hardware, fintech, financial services, and clean tech.
Gershen represents technology and financial services companies in complex commercial disputes and regulatory matters. He regularly counsels clients on litigation strategy and product-related risk at both the state and federal levels, and also works directly with early-stage companies on product development and compliance challenges.
Wells leads litigation efforts across a wide range of commercial matters, including high-stakes disputes, class actions, and regulatory investigations. Her practice has encompassed intellectual property, unfair competition claims, consumer protection statutes, and internal investigations for corporations of all sizes.
