He brings years of in-house experience at companies across the consumer, tech, apparel, and wellness sectors and is passionate about helping organizations innovate while transforming how legal services are delivered.
Kraus has more than two decades of experience in cross-border corporate and securities, advising Canadian and U.S.-based companies on capital raises, M&A, and regulatory compliance. With a focus in the energy and industrial sectors, he regularly counsels clients navigating the Alberta-Texas corridor. A former General Counsel of three dual-listed public companies, Kraus combines legal and executive experience to help clients close complex transactions efficiently and with clarity.
