Corey Pedersen

Corey is an Associate in Scale’s Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on representing and counseling financial institutions and fintech companies in complex consumer litigation, class actions, and regulatory compliance. His experience includes counseling clients in both federal and state matters, including cases related to consumer financial protection, credit reporting, debt collection, unfair business practices, and fair lending. Prior to joining Scale, Corey was an associate at an AmLaw 50 firm where he practiced financial services litigation and complex commercial litigation.
