Julia St. John is an associate attorney on the Corporate & Securities Team, where she advises public and private company clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other strategic corporate matters.

Julia’s practice focuses on supporting clients through complex transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence, coordinating cross-functional deal teams, and managing closing processes.
