Lee Rarrick is an Associate in Scale’s Litigation & Regulatory Practice Group. Lee is a commercial litigator with experience representing individuals, small to mid-market companies, and Fortune 500 corporations in state and federal courts and ADR fora across the country and internationally. He has successfully represented clients in high-stakes bench trials, evidentiary hearings, arbitration hearings, and appeals.
His litigation practice encompasses a range of complex commercial issues, including breach of contract, business torts, business divorce, real estate leasing, development, and ownership, bankruptcy, antitrust, securities, insurance and reinsurance, intellectual property, and government investigations. Lee leverages his business and economics background in understanding clients’ industries and business needs, and integrating this knowledge into practical legal strategy and counseling.
During law school, Lee clerked with the U.S. Department of Justice and the California Attorney General’s Office and externed with U.S. Magistrate Judge Ramon E. Reyes, Jr. of the Eastern District of New York. Following law school, Lee was a litigation associate at several national law firms and clerked for Chief Judge Mary Ellen Barbera of the Supreme Court of Maryland.
