Maria is an experienced corporate associate. She represents technology startups and venture-backed companies in connection with entity formation, corporate and securities audits, equity issuance and cap table management, state and federal securities filings, and corporate governance matters. Maria’s background as a litigator and ADR neutral allows her to counsel corporate clients from a perspective of conflict avoidance and legal compliance.

Maria routinely supports her colleagues in connection with venture capital financings and M&A transactions, and has a strong working familiarity with online equity management platforms including Carta and Pulley.

Maria is fluent in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
